APA Convention Award Program for Psychology Teachers at Community Colleges
The APA Education Directorate, thanks to support from the APA Board of Educational Affairs, is pleased to announce a new award program for psychology teachers at community colleges to attend the 2014 APA Annual Convention. The 2014 APA convention will be held in Washington, D.C., Aug. 7-10, 2014, at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center.
Individual teachers can apply for a convention travel award of $200 to support the cost of convention registration, travel, food or hotel expenses. These awards will be provided to instructors who teach psychology at a community college.

Applicants must be APA community college teacher affiliates (community college teacher affiliates are automatically members of the APA Psychology Teachers at Community Colleges — see the community college teacher affiliate application) or APA members who teach at community colleges.
