Division 45 Student Travel Award

$500 scholarships will be awarded to 10 Division 45 Student Affiliates who are presenting at Division 45-sponsored sessions. Eligible candidates are contacted directly. The purpose of this travel scholarship is to support APA Convention attendance.

Description

Scholarships of $500 will be awarded to student members of Division 45 (Society for the Psychological Study of Culture, Ethnicity and Race) to assist attendance to the APA Annual Convention. 

Eligibility

All undergraduate and graduate students currently enrolled in a psychology-related program are eligible to apply for this award. Applicants must be current student members of Division 45. Consideration will be given to those students who demonstrate the following:

  • Leadership experience.
  • Conference, presentations and symposiums.
  • Publications.
  • Public service and community activities.
  • Awards and scholarships.
