The National Academy of Education

Fellowships are awarded to recent recipients of a PhD or equivalent degree to promote scholarship in the U.S. and abroad on matters relevant to the improvement of education in all its forms.

In keeping with its mission, NAEd funds proposals that promise to make significant scholarly contributions to the field of education as well as to advance the careers of the fellowship recipients.

Recent recipients of a Ph.D. or equivalent degree are eligible. Applicants must have received their Ph.D., Ed.D., or equivalent research degree within the past five years. Applications from individuals in education, the humanities, or the social and behavioral sciences will be accepted.
