A flat grant of US$13,000 or its equivalent will be provided per year to be applied towards the costs of a degree program.
Applicants must be a citizen of the country in which there is a Rotary Club; completed at least two years of university course work, or equivalent professional experience prior to beginning scholarship studies, spouses or descendants of Rotarians may not apply; scholarship cannot be used to study in an area of a country where the candidate previously lived for more than six months the scholarships are not appropriate for foreign students seeking funding to continue studies at a given university.
