    The purpose of the Joint APA Ethics and Division 44 Student Travel Award is to (a) promote greater participation of LGBT graduate students of color in the National Multicultural Conference and Summit (NMCS), and (b) encourage exploration of ethical issues that may arise in research, teaching, consultation, and clinical work with LGBT people of color through a post-convention essay.
