Division 31 - State, Provincial, and Territorial Psychological Association Affairs promotes the interests of state and provincial psychological associations within APA: It assists leaders to become active in APA governance; it offers the possibility of Fellow status to individuals who have made unusual contributions through their leadership activity; it provides program time at the APA convention to address issues of importance to state and provincial associations; and it presents three annual awards. Division 31 publishes Bulletin of Division 31 - State, Provincial, and Territorial Psychological Association Affairs, which facilitates communication between associations, three times a year.
