Send personalized emails in bulk

No one likes to receive an email addressed to "colleague" or one where they have been BCC'd. Yet, as senders of mass email, we don’t have the time to personalize emails going out. But using the mail merge feature in Microsoft Word and an email client like Outlook, you can send personal "form" emails to members, clients or family/friends.
