HRSA Announcement: 2010 Faculty Loan Repayment Program -- March 2010

Federal faculty loan repayment program receiving applications through April 22

The Health Resources and Services Administration is seeking applicants for its 2010 Faculty Loan Repayment Program, which will be open for applications through April 22.

The HRSA Faculty Loan Repayment Program provides a financial incentive for degree-trained health professionals from disadvantaged backgrounds to pursue academic careers. Selected faculty members are eligible to receive up to $40,000 to repay student loans in exchange for a two-year commitment to serve on the faculty of an accredited health professions college or university.
