Campus Suicide Prevention Grant Announcement from SAMHSA

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) is now accepting applications for the FY 2011 Campus Suicide Prevention grants aimed at preventing suicide in institutions of higher education. These applications are due on March 4, 2011. This program is authorized by the Garrett Lee Smith Memorial Act.

In addition, SAMHSA is accepting applications for the FY 2011 Youth Suicide Prevention and Early Intervention grants. These grants suppport States and Tribes in developing and implementing youth suicide prevention and early intervention strategies.
