Public Access to Scientific Articles

As publisher of 37 scholarly journals, APA and its members have a strong interest in policy developments to require free access to APA-published articles by scientists whose research is funded by the National Institutes of Health. APA and its partner publishers are urging flexibility and respect for copyright as the NIH policy is implemented.
