Aging
Government Relations efforts utilize the science and practice of psychology to inform federal policy efforts related to older adults and their caregivers. Policy initiatives have focused on a range of issues impacting the aging population, including mental and behavioral health, integrated care, suicide, caregiving, elder abuse and trauma, emergency and disaster preparedness and response, long-term care, aging veterans and the health care workforce.
