March 2011 Policy Update
APA’s Public Interest Government Relations Office (PI-GRO) continues its work in service to APA membership and APA policy priorities.
In January and February, the Public Interest Government Relations Office (PI-GRO):
engaged in critical policy activities at the 2011 National Multicultural Conference and Summit;
hosted a Capitol Hill Day for the executive committee of Division 27, and
provided recommendations to the Department of Health and Human Services that focused on key issues from the Report of APA's Task Force on the Sexualization of Girls.
