Topics in professional psychology encompass a broad range of the profession, including health psychology, community psychology, family psychology, forensic psychology, and clinical neuropsychology.

The journal addresses many areas, including reviews of clinical research on specific disorders that highlight implications for practitioners, standards of professional practice, and delivery of services in a variety of contexts, as well as public policy as it affects the practice of psychology.
