Robert L. Fantz Memorial Award for Young Psychologists

The Fantz Award encourages and supports careers of promising young investigators in psychology or related disciplines.

Candidates must show evidence of basic scientific research or scholarly writing in perceptual-cognitive development and the development of selective attention; and research and writing on the development of individuality, creativity, and free-choice of behavior.

Amount: $2,000

Application process: The Fantz awardee is selected from among the nominees for APA's Early Career Award.
