Randy Phelps, Deputy Executive Director of APA's Practice Directorate, made a $10,000 contribution to APF in memory of his wife Betty. Dr. Phelps explained a contribution to APF to support APF’s scholarship program would be the best way to honor her birthday and would be something she would have wanted him to do.
