Conference sessions will be held at Tripler Army Medical Center, 1 Jarrett White Road, Honolulu, Hawaii. Those who pre-register will be transported by bus beginning at 7:30 am, July 27th, 2004 from the Honolulu Convention to Tripler Army Medical Center. Refreshments and lunch will be available.

Driving to Tripler Army Medical Center

Tripler is the pink palace on the hill. The off ramp leads to Puuloa Rd/Jarrett White; parking terraces and the E.R. are on your left.   A parking lot for patients/visitors is located near the G Wing entrance. Additional parking is available in the hospital's parking structure across the street from the Mountainside Entrance on Patterson Road.
