Here are some things to keep in mind as you complete the form:

• Programs offered as CE for psychologists must be relevant to psychological practice, theory, and method, and must be at a level appropriate for doctoral-level psychologists.
• CE activities must have predetermined learning objectives that state what the participants can expect to learn as a result of having attended the program.
• All activities must be evaluated. At a minimum, you should evaluate the degree to which each individual learning objective was met, the instructor’s level of knowledge and expertise, the instructor’s teaching ability, and the adequacy of the physical facilities.
• If you are seeking approval for a conference and credit is being offered on a session-by-session basis, each session must have its own stated learning objectives and must be evaluated separately.
• One CE credit is offered for every hour of learning. Credit is awarded in whole or half hours only.
• 100% attendance is required, and you must have a method for ensuring 100% attendance by participants. Variable credits for partial attendance will not be awarded.
