SAMPLE #3 GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE Participants direct complaints to the director of the program involved. The grievance is addressed at this level if possible. If not, it is brought for resolution to the committee directly involved with the program. If the grievance is not satisfactorily resolved at this level, it is brought to the attention of the Executive Committee of the [Name of Organization]. The participant who initiated the grievance is informed of the status of his/her complaint at all levels. |
