CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS: If APA cancels a workshop, participants will
receive a full refund. All other cancellations are subject to a $40 service charge
PER WORKSHOP and will be made only if the APA CPE Office receives the request
IN WRITING by July 31, 2002. No refunds will be given after that date.
CE CREDIT: All workshops have been reviewed and approved by the APA
Office of Continuing Professional Education and the APA Continuing Professional
Education Committee. The APA CPE Committee maintains responsibility for the content

Hall.
