6 w Organizations that are interested in becoming an approved sponsor must complete an application and submit it by one of the deadlines, February 1st or August 1st with the application fee. The types of possible decisions are available in the Policies and Procedures Manual .pdf [105 kb].

Organizations that are interested in a one time course approval, must submit their application at least 6 weeks prior to their program start date.
