This workshop is part of our special featured theme track dedicated to Technology in Psychology Practice, Education, Science, and Research.
Psychologists must not only employ the right psychological technique but also the right technology to help address psychological issues with their patients. In this intermediate workshop, the presenters will discuss with the audience experiences they've encountered with technology while running clinical and research protocols with the military.

1. Highlight the history of psychological research studies that incorporate technology,
2. Identify the technology (hardware systems and software programs) that is used the most during psychological sessions,
3. Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the integration of technology in psychological research and clinical sessions,
4. Review ethical considerations and potential adverse events related to this modality (e.g., cybersickness).
