Description
This workshop is part of our special featured theme track dedicated to Technology in Psychology Practice, Education, Science, and Research.

This intermediate workshop will train practitioners in Q-interactive, a new technology that uses tablet devices to assist in the administration of commonly used assessments such as the WAIS-IV and WISC-IV, among others. Participants will learn about the development of Q-interactive, obtain hands-on experience administering it in small-group formats, and discuss data that assesses the equivalency of results obtained from digital and paper formats of tests.
Learning Objectives
1. Describe the major components that comprise Q-interactive and the main features required to administer tests using the system,
2. Demonstrate basic proficiency in administering tests using Q-interactive,
3. Analyze research that describes the equivalency of raw scores obtained from digital and paper versions of tests, and
4. Apply the results of equivalency studies to the interpretation of scores obtained from Q-interactive.
