Badge Information & Registration

Exhibitors must request a Convention Program book if they wish to receive a copy prior to the convention. Check the appropriate box on your registration form if you wish to have a program  mailed to you in July.

Attendees and exhibitors who choose not to receive a Convention Program book can access the online program available on APA’s website in late May. In mid-June an online program will be available on the convention mobile app/browser. Registrants will also be able to download a searchable PDF version of the program in mid-June.

Beginning March 27, you will have access to priority registration in advance of the general public. All exhibitor representatives are required to wear badges while in the exhibit area and for obtaining CE credits by attending CE Sessions. The primary contact person for the exhibiting company can register their booth staff attending the APA convention.

As an exhibitor, your company is entitled to four complimentary convention registrations per regular 10’ x 10’ booth purchased (or two complimentary registrations per Employer booth purchased). These badges may be “swapped” among representatives as long as the exhibitor notifies the staff at the Exhibitors’ Registration Desk of the changes. Any additional representatives must pay the non-member (or member when applicable) convention registration fee. All badges for your company’s booth staff will be sent to your primary contact person for distribution. If you register online no later than July 5, 2013, you’ll be able to receive your exhibitor badges and—if you choose—your Convention Programs in advance by mail. If you register online after July 5, 2013, you must pick up your convention materials at the APA Exhibitor Registration located in the APA Conference Registration Area, Hawai’i Convention Center, Kamehameha Exhibit Hall, Level 1.

    8:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m.

  • Wednesday, July 31
    5:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.

  • Thursday, Aug. 1
    7:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.

  • Friday, Aug. 2
    7:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.

  • Saturday, Aug. 3
    7:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.

Guest Passes

On Saturday, Aug. 3, the exhibit area will be open to exhibitors’ invited guests and authors. A limit of 5 guest passes per booth on Saturday, Aug. 3, may be obtained by exhibitors from the Exhibitors’ Registration Desk. Exhibitor guest passes are valid only for distribution to exhibitors’ guests. The exhibitor’s guest must turn in both driver’s license and major credit card and will only be returned when the exhibitor guest badge issued is turned in. Any exhibitor guest badge not returned, their corresponding credit card will be charged the non-member registration fee. Exhibitors with guests attending on any other day (other than Saturday) will have to use one of their allotted complimentary registrations for the visitor or pay the registration fee.
