Exhibitors must request a Convention Program book if they wish to receive a copy prior to the convention. Check the appropriate box on your registration form if you wish to have a program book mailed to you in July. We encourage exhibitors and attendees to choose a “green” option by using the online program available in early June on the convention mobile app/browser. Registrants will also be able to download a searchable PDF version of the program in mid-June.
While you are making your housing arrangements online, please remember to complete your advance exhibitor badge registration.
All exhibitor representatives are required to wear badges while in the exhibit area and for obtaining CE credits by attending CE Sessions. The primary contact person for the exhibiting company can login online to register your booth staff attending the APA Convention. As an exhibitor, your company is entitled to four complimentary convention registrations per regular booth purchased (or two complimentary registrations per Employer booth purchased). These badges may be “swapped” among representatives as long as the exhibitor notifies the staff at the Exhibitors’ Registration Desk of the changes. Any additional representatives must pay the non-member (or member when applicable) convention registration fee. All badges for your company’s booth staff will be sent to your primary contact person for distribution. If you register online no later than July 1, 2012, you will be able to receive your badges and—if you choose—your Convention Programs in advance by mail. If you register online after July 1, 2012, you must pick up your convention materials at the APA Exhibitor Registration desk in Orlando, Fla. The Exhibitors’ Registration Desk will be located in the APA Conference Registration Area located in the exhibition hall of the Orange County Convention Center.

Guest passes
On Sunday, Aug. 5, the exhibit area will be open to exhibitors’ invited guests and authors. A limit of five guest passes per booth, valid only on Sunday, Aug. 5, may be obtained by exhibitors from the Exhibitors’ Registration Desk. Exhibitor guest passes are valid only for distribution to exhibitors’ guests. Exhibitors are encouraged to return unused guest badges to the Exhibitors’ Registration Desk so that other expected guests may use them. Exhibitors with guests attending on any other day (other than Monday) will have to use one of their allotted complimentary registrations for the visitor or pay the registration fee.
