Free-Take-One Brochure Exhibit
For the benefit of those who do not wish to rent a booth exhibit, a Free-Take-One Brochure Exhibit for the distribution of free pamphlets, brochures, cards, leaflets, magazines and similar materials will be displayed prominently so that those visiting the Exhibit Hall can help themselves. This exhibit is for paid Free-Take-One exhibitors only.
APA staff will set up the display and will visit the exhibit regularly to replenish the materials. The exhibit will include a sign with the exhibitor’s name calling attention to the exhibitor’s materials. Each exhibitor will be included in the published list of exhibitors in the Convention Program or Convention Program Supplement. At least 500 copies of each piece should be furnished. Materials should be shipped to the below address scheduled to arrive no later than Friday, July 26, 2013.

Any Free-Take-One exhibitor who misses the advance shipping deadline of July 26, 2013, will have to ship directly to the Convention show site to arrive no earlier and no later than July 30, 2013.

If exhibitors only display materials in the Free-Take-One Brochure Exhibit, they have no privileges other than the display and distribution of their free materials in that exhibit. Those who do not engage in a regular exhibit booth will not be permitted to detail, canvass, or solicit. Free-Take-One exhibitors may not congregate in the display area. If a Free-Take-One exhibitor violates these limited privileges, the exhibitor’s display will be canceled without refund.
Fee
A fee of $300.00 will be charged for each style or type of brochure, leaflet, booklet, magazine or other individual item that is displayed. This fee includes the exhibitor’s sign and the regular servicing of the exhibitor’s materials. Unused materials will not be returned.
