Hotel Reservations for Exhibitors

The APA convention is a busy time for all attendees, but it can be particularly hectic for people who are attending the APA convention as an exhibitor. For this reason, we encourage you to make your hotel reservations as soon as possible.

Below is information related to convention housing for exhibitors. Hotel reservations will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you plan to arrive before July 30, keep in mind that APA’s pre-convention room block is much smaller. If demand exceeds the number of rooms reserved, Experient will request additional space, if available. In the interim you may be placed on “waitlist” until the request clears. Reservations will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Make your reservation online

The fastest and easiest way to make your hotel reservations is online

Your APA Company Name and password (located on the invoice or confirmation letter emailed to you) will allow you access to the online housing and exhibitor badge registration website.

Reserve by phone

Exhibitors may make hotel reservations by directly calling APA's housing service, Experient, 800-974-3084 (toll free) or 847-996-5876 (international) Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Central Time.  Housing for exhibitors is limited to ten (10) rooms at any one hotel.

Note: Experient’s many agents handle hotel reservations for several large conventions at the same time and will respond to your phone call as soon as possible. You may want to try the online reservation system instead. Your patience and understanding is much appreciated.

Important Reminder

APA's 2013 official housing and registration vendor is Experient. As the date of an event draws closer, exhibitors and attendees are from time to time subjected to improper solicitation from unaffiliated hotels or third-party housing agencies. It is not unusual for these individuals and/or agencies to conduct their activities using room blocks that they have secured in some of the official hotels. With that, room reservations may be offered at significantly lower quality. In other circumstances, cancellation polices are often harsh and unforgiving. For these reasons, and to support our efforts to give you a quality event, we encourage you to book your housing accommodations using the reservation tools provided to exhibitors. Beware of, and report any unauthorized solicitations to Mona Alcazar, Exhibit Sales Manager.
