Exhibitors’ Lounge

An exhibitors’ lounge will be located in the APA Exhibit Hall in the Hawai’i Convention Center during exhibit hours. The Association will provide coffee in the morning and water and soft drinks in the afternoon. Only those persons with official exhibitor ribbons will be admitted to the area. As a courtesy to other exhibitors, exhibitors should not bring guests into the exhibitors’ lounge.

Exhibitors’ Meeting

The APA Exhibitors’ Committee will conduct an Exhibitors’ Meeting on Thursday, Aug. 1, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. in the Exhibitors’ Lounge inside the exhibit hall. Exhibitors should send a representative, as this is an opportunity to discuss improvements for the APA Exhibit with the Committee and the Association.
