Important dates to remember

Nov. 20–21, 2012

• Exhibitor Prospectus mailed to 2012 exhibitors.

Nov. 22–Dec. 4, 2012

• Exhibit applications will not be accepted during this period.

Dec. 5, 2012

• Exhibit applications accepted back in the Advertising Sales Office beginning 12:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time.

Dec. 12, 2012

• Exhibitor Prospectus mailed to remaining exhibit prospects.

March 1, 2013

• Booth balances due. Applications received after this date require payment in full.

• Last day to cancel your booth reservation and receive a 100 percent refund.

March 20, 2013

• Advertising space reservations due for the Convention Program.
• Product descriptions are due for publication in the Convention Program. (Product descriptions received after this date and by June 27, 2013 will be published in the Program Supplement.)

March 29, 2013

• Camera-ready copy due for the Convention Program. (Deadline extensions will not be possible.)
• Last day to submit your raffle to be published in the Convention Program.

April 2013

• Housing and advance registration information mailed.

April 1, 2013

• Last day to cancel your booth reservation and receive a 50 percent refund.

May 2013

• Online Exhibitor Service Kits available.

May 1, 2013

• Balances due on convention sponsorships.

May 15, 2013

• Space reservation deadline for placing a flyer in the attendee registration packets.
• Last day to submit your raffle to be published as an insert in the convention bags.

May 18, 2013

• Advertising space reservations due for the July/Aug. (Convention issue) of Monitor on Psychology.
• Last day to submit your book signing information for “Coffee With the Authors” for inclusion in the July/Aug. (Convention issue) of Monitor on Psychology.

May 29, 2013

Camera-ready copy due for the July/Aug. (Convention issue) of Monitor on Psychology.

May 31, 2013

• Last day to cancel your booth reservation and receive a 25 percent refund. No refund can be made on cancellations received after May 31, 2013

June 6, 2013

• Approved flyers for the registration packets due at Brede National Exposition Services.

June 13, 2012

• Last day to submit your book signing information for “Coffee With the Authors” for inclusion in the Convention Program Supplement.
• Advertising space reservations due for the Convention Program Supplement.

June 27, 2013

• Exhibit product descriptions received after this date may not be published in the Convention Program Supplement.
• Camera-ready copy due for the Convention Program Supplement. (Deadline extensions will not be possible.)

June 28, 2013

• Last day to order rental units from Brede National Exposition Services.
• Advance online Convention registration and housing deadline (exhibitors will be notified of exact date).

July 19, 2013

• Last day to order online furniture and services from Brede National Exposition Services and receive the advance (discounted) rates.

July 26, 2013

• All materials for advance shipment due at Brede National Exposition Advance Warehouse. Please note that it takes at least two days to ship to Hawai’i.
• Materials for Free-Take-One brochure exhibit due at Brede National Exposition Advance Warehouse. Please note that it takes at least two days to ship to Hawai‘i.

July 30, 2013

• Exhibitor move in, 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
• All materials for direct shipment, including Free-Take-One brochures, due at the Hawai‘i Convention Center. Please note that it takes at least two days to ship to Hawai‘i.

July 31, 2013

• Last minute touches, 5:00 a.m.–6:00 a.m.
• Exhibit hours, 7:30 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
• Exhibits-Only Hour, 1:00 p.m.–2:00 p.m.

Aug. 1, 2013

• Exhibit hours, 7:30 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
• Coffee With the Authors, 10:00 a.m.–11:00 a.m. 
• Exhibitor meeting 2:00 p.m.–3:00 p.m. (Held in the Exhibitors’ Lounge in the Exhibit Hall.)

Aug. 2, 2013

• Exhibit hours, 8:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
• Mai Tai Hour, 1:00 p.m.–2:00 p.m.

Aug. 3, 2013

• Exhibit hours, 8:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
