Refund Policy

Registration Refunds

Advance registrants who are unable to attend the convention may obtain a refund of their registration fee if a request is received before Aug. 6, 2014. Individuals may request a refund by sending an email or by mail to the APA Convention Office, 750 First Street, NE, Washington, DC 20002-4242.

Requests for refunds must be received by the dates noted below:

By June 30, 2014
75 percent refund

By July 15, 2014
50 percent refund

By Aug. 6, 2014
25 percent refund

After Aug. 10, 2014
No refunds will be issued

Hotel Reservation Refunds

Changes or cancellations made on or before July 14, 2014, should be made directly with Experient. After July 14, 2014, you must contact your confirmed hotel directly. Deposits are fully refundable for cancellations received prior to 72 hours of arrival. Deposits will be forfeited for cancellations made within 72 hours of scheduled arrival.
