Unlimited CE Credit at the Convention

CE logoNearly 250 convention sessions will be designated as Continuing Education (CE) Sessions this year. Earn unlimited CE credits by attending as many of these CE Sessions as you'd like for a single fee. CE Sessions are identified by this logo (on the right) in the Convention Program and are held in the Hawai‘i Convention Center. Save even more by taking advantage of the early bird fee when you register for the convention by June 30!

Note: CE Sessions are separate from APA CE Workshops, which are 4 or 7 hours, offered at additional fees and scheduled at the Sheraton Waikiki Hotel.

CE Session Fees through June 30
  • $70 (for members/affiliates) or $100 (for nonmembers)

CE Session Fees July 1 and after
  • $90 (for members/affiliates) or $120 (for nonmembers)

Convention Badge Information

A small silicon microchip (RFID tag) is embedded in the name badge. These RFID tags are passive tags and only can function when within 8 feet of the electronic sensor (the reader). The RFID tags will replace the “swipe in — swipe out” CE attendance verification system. Instead, individual rooms where CE sessions are held will be wired to track individuals planning to claim CE credit by attending CE sessions during convention. In this case, the RFID tags do track individuals while attending CE sessions. CE credit can then be claimed at any of the CE kiosks in the registration area.
