APA Shuttle Bus System

During the Boston convention, APA will provide a more comprehensive shuttle bus system with additional routes to/from the supplemental hotels in order to facilitate travel between the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center and the various convention hotels. It is anticipated that a one-way trip between the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center and hotels in the Back Bay area (e.g., Boston Marriott Copley Place Hotel, Sheraton Boston Hotel, Westin Copley Place Boston Hotel) will take 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic during the day.

There will be six routes with stops at hotels, noted below. On Thursday, August 14, through Sunday, August 17, APA is planning on a 10-minute interval between buses on Routes 1 and 2. On Routes 3, 4, 5, and 6, there will be a 10-minute interval between buses during morning and afternoon peak periods and a 20-minute interval between buses during the mid-day hours. Details on the shuttle bus schedule will be available in your on-site registration packet.

Route 2— Boston Marriott Copley Place Hotel and Westin Copley Place Boston Hotel

Route 3—Colonnade Hotel, the MidTown Hotel, and Jurys Boston Hotel

Route 4—Boston Park Plaza Hotel and Radisson Hotel Boston

Route 5—Hyatt Regency Boston Hotel and Omni Parker House Hotel

Route 6—Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel and Seaport Hotel
