opportunities that you can sponsor exclusively or as a co-sponsor all designed to fit any budget

…Place a flyer in the Attendee Registration Packet First-Come, First-Served—available to the first 10 exhibitors who submit their request. A limited amount
of space is available in the Convention Registration Packets for exhibitors to include promotional flyers.
Space is limited to product or service promotion and cannot be used to promote sessions that are
part of the formal Convention Program. At $.25 apiece (for 10,000 flyers) this is an excellent way to
draw attendees to your booth. Each participating exhibitor is limited to a one page (8-1⁄2” x 11”),
two-sided flyer. To reserve your space, e-mail your request by June 2, 2009 to: Jodi Ashcraft or
Mona Alcazar. Materials should be boxed, packaged on
a skid, and delivered no later than July 1, 2009 to: APA Convention Registration Packets, c/o Brede

…Conduct a Raffle
Tell us the product you will be raffling by April 1, 2009, and we will list your company name, your
booth number, the product to be raffled, and the time and day the winner will be announced, in the
Convention Program (free!). APA will designate the time and day you should select your winner.
Raffle winners (along with your company name and booth number) will be announced during the
convention over the exhibit hall loudspeaker.

When filling out your exhibit contract, be sure to include your Web address. Your company name,
booth number, mailing address, and Web address (with link to your home page) will appear on the
APA Convention Web site beginning in May with periodic updates leading up to the convention.
...Tell us what’s new with you in 2009 With the new interactive exhibit floor plan software, you may now provide information about your
company profile, new product launches, book releases, and services to be debuted at the 2009 APA
Convention, as well as product category information to be added in the searchable product locator.
