The Committee on Science and Practice (chaired by William Sanderson, Ph.D. at Rutgers University) is an initiative of the Society of Clinical Psychology, a division of the American Psychological Association. Members of the Dissemination Subcommittee include Sheila Woody, Ph.D. (chair), Jacqueline Persons, Ph.D., Karen Calhoun, Ph.D., Marsha Marcus, Ph.D., Lynn Rehm, Ph.D., and William Sanderson, Ph.D. Jason Reiss, M.A. is a consultant to the subcommittee who has designed and implemented this website. The information on the site is intended to educate mental health consumers and providers about scientifically supported psychological interventions and is not a formal treatment guideline.
