Hello members and potential members! Welcome to the Spring 2006 edition of our e-newsletter, The Consulting Psychologist. Hard to believe that our 2006 Mid-Winter Conference was three months ago! PowerPoint presentations from the conference can be accessed via our main website.
In this issue of The Consulting Psychologist we are featuring three spotlight articles. In the first, Dr. Robert Fazio discusses the research and practice of Leadership in Crisis. As times become less and less predictable, leaders need a compass to guide them through. Student Representative Melanie Flanders, M.A. discusses unconventional ways emerging professionals can get experience in this sometimes intimidating profession. Lastly, as diversity is on of the key objectives for the Society of Consulting Psychology this year, I interviewed 3M Canada President Ian Hardgrove on how consulting psychologists can aid organizations in dealing with diversity.
As our mission is to Inform, Involve, and Intrigue, we welcome any and all constructive feedback.
Thank you & I look forward to your input,
Jennifer
