Training
Our commitment to public service and advocacy is now being extended to the training and development of underserved individuals vis a vis an internship consultancy program initiative. The internship consultancy initiative is consistent with the divisions' current mission focusing on psychological practice, research, training, and policy formation. The primary goal is to offer internship sites in public service institutions expert support to develop and /or strengthen their training programs. Currently, there are approximately eighteen (18) sites available for doctoral level students who have an interest in police psychology. Similarly, there many sites with the capacity to develop and/or strengthen internships in public safety – particularly for underserved groups
The internship consultancy initiative program is just kicking off and is in need of volunteers. We are looking for dedicated professionals to assume various roles. If you have an interest or experience in the area. For additional information.please contact:
