Mentoring Program

Students

Are you a student or an early career psychologist who is interested in the public service psychology? Are you a psychologist who has experiences working in the public service sector? If so, join the Division 18 Mentoring Program! This program provides students and early career psychologists the opportunity to gain wisdom and guidance from a “seasoned” psychologist with similar clinical and/or research interests. Division 18 (Psychologists in Public Service), is committed to improving the psychological condition of persons served by public sector agencies. The division’s diverse membership includes psychologists in academic settings, community mental health centers, state hospitals, correctional facilities, police and public safety agencies, the Department of Veterans Affairs, the Indian Health Service, and other publicly-funded organizations committed to public welfare. If you are interested in becoming a mentor or mentee, or in joining the division, please contact Abby Bernett

Thank you for your interest!
