The Laura Brown Award

 

The Laura Brown Award is sponsored by Section IV (Lesbian and Bisexual Women's Issues) and is given to a psychologist who has made outstanding contributions in advancing lesbian and bisexual women's psychology in the areas of scholarship, teaching, practice, and/or activism.

Nomination packets include the nominee's CV and a brief description of how the nominee fits the criteria for the award. The deadline for receipt of nominations is May 25 of each year and letters of nomination are emailed to the current Past-President of Section IV (see Section IV webpage for email).
