1. Victim and Perpetrator Cases
Information in these cells are in response to the question: "Approximately what percentage of the cases seen at you facility per year are:
Victims of child maltreatment?
Perpetrators of child maltreatment?

A. Caseload- Percentage of cases per year that fall under the category.

B. Therapy/Assess- What type of therapy would an intern provide for those clients? Would the intern complete psychological assessments of either maltreated children or perpetrators of maltreatment?
I= Intern would be providing individual therapy for such clients
G= Intern would be providing group therapy for such clients
F= Intern would be providing family therapy for such clients
A= Intern would complete psychological assessments for such clients

2. Age Range Percentage of clients who are
A. 12 & Under-Twelve years of age and under
B. 13-18 years of age
C. Over 18 years of age

3. Maltreatment Caseload Distribution
Of the maltreated clients seen at the facility the percentage who are primarily victims of:
A. Sexual Abuse
B. Physical Abuse
C. Neglect
D. Emotional Abuse

4. Additional Training
A. Seminars-
"Are there any seminars on child maltreatment for interns?"
R= There are required seminars
O= There are optional seminars
RO= There are required and optional seminars
N= There are no seminars on child maltreatment
