1. Member: Persons who are Members, Associates, and Fellows of APA
2. Affiliate: Psychologists, physicians, and professionals from related disciplines who are not members of APA
3. Student Affiliate: Students in psychology, medicine, nursing, and related fields

• Receive the Division's newsletter, "The Child, Youth, and Family Services Advocate," which is published four times per year
• Converse with other members about practice, research, and public policy issues related to children, youth and families via the Division 37 Listserv
• Hear the latest research findings presented at the APA Convention
• Receive monographs concerning task forces and discounts on books on legal and mental health issues relevant to children and families
• Hear the latest student and professional awards annually at the APA Convention
• Work with APA on policies and positions through the legislative process
• Participate in task forces to produce policy on issues relevant to children, youth, and families
• Join with others to learn about and influence policy and advocacy issues related to services for children and families
