The American Psychological Association - The American Psychological Association (APA), in Washington, DC, is the largest scientific and professional organization representing psychology in the United States and is the world's largest association of psychologists.
National Institute of Mental Health - NIMH is the lead federal agency for research on mental and behavioral disorders. The NIMH website provides a great deal of resources and information for the general public as well as for researchers and clinicians.
Real Men Real Depression - NIMH website dedicated to the education of men about depression.
Country Boys - PBS Frontline film that features the stories of two young men as they struggle with their masculine identities in rural America. SPSMM members were involved in various capacities during the production of this film.
University of Oregon Men's Center - Center developed to promote the emotional, social, and physical health of men on the University of Oregon Campus.
The Men's Health Network - Men's Health Network (MHN) is a non-profit educational organization made up of physicians, researchers, public health workers, individuals and other health professionals. MHN was founded in 1992 by a group of men's activists and writers interested in improving the health and well-being of men, boys and families.
The American College Personnel Association (ACPA) Standing Committee for Men - ACPA’s SCFM has been in existence for over 20 years, offering professional and personal information and support for male student affairs practitioners and for all staff working with male students.
The National Association of Student Personnel Administrators (NASPA) Men and Masculinities Knowledge Community - NASPA’s new MMKC, and its website offer information and links associated with issues affecting college students, with particular attention to the experiences and development of college men.
American Men's Studies Association - The American Men's Studies Association (AMSA) advances the critical study of men and masculinities by encouraging the development of teaching, research and clinical practice in the field of men's studies. AMSA is an independent organization that provides a forum for teachers, researchers, students and practitioners to exchange information and to gain support for work on men and masculinities.
