Effective July 1, 2008, initial application and annual fees for doctoral programs only will increase to $2,500. Accredited doctoral programs will be invoiced at the new annual fee rate on August 1, 2008, and applicant doctoral
programs will be charged the new fee as of September 1, 2008.
