Introduction

Welcome to the April edition of CoA Communications! This online newsletter is intended to inform you of actions taken during the latest Committee on Accreditation (CoA) meeting and other important issues. CoA Communications is disseminated electronically to accreditation constituent groups and audiences. At its recent March 2003 meeting, the CoA reviewed about 84 programs. This means that as of March 9, 2003, a total of 854 programs are accredited: 358 doctoral, 475 internship, and 21 postdoctoral. As always, we hope that you find the information useful, and encourage you to contact the Office with any questions or concerns, email, 202-336-5979. On behalf of the CoA, thank you for your continued commitment to psychology education and training through accreditation.
