Introduction

Welcome to the July edition of CoA Communications!  This online newsletter is intended to inform you of actions taken during the latest Committee on Accreditation (CoA) meeting and other important issues.  CoA Communications is disseminated electronically to accreditation constituent groups and audiences.  At its recent June 2003 meeting, the CoA reviewed over 68 programs.  Hence, there are now 855 accredited programs (361 doctoral; 469 internship; and 25 postdoctoral residency programs).  As always, we hope that you find this newsletter useful, and encourage you to contact the Office with any questions or concerns, email, or phone us at 202-336-5979. On behalf of the CoA, thank you for your continued commitment to psychology education and training through accreditation.
