The Committee on Accreditation (CoA) and staff at the Office of Program Consultation and Accreditation are pleased to present another edition of CoA Communications, an online newsletter intended to inform you of actions taken during the latest CoA meeting and related information. CoA Communi-cations is disseminated electronically to accreditation constituent groups and audiences. At its recent April 2002 meeting, the CoA reviewed over 60 programs. This means that as of April 7, 2002, a total of 824 programs are accredited: 351 doctoral, 464 internship, and 9 postdoctoral. As always, we hope that you find the information useful, and encourage you to contact the Office with any questions or concerns, e-mail,
202-336-5979.

On behalf of the CoA, thank you for your continued commitment to psychology education and training through accreditation.

We are pleased to congratulate the following newly accredited programs:

Doctoral Programs
• Central Michigan University (School)
• Jackson State University (Clinical)
• Marquette University (Counseling)
• Ontario Institute for Studies in Education, University of Toronto (Combined)

Internships
• Northwest Georgia Regional Hospital (GA)
• Pilgrim Psychiatric Center (NY)
• San Juan Veterans Affairs Medical Center (Puerto Rico)
• Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Hampton (VA)

The official listing of all accredited doctoral programs is available in the December edition of the American Psychologist. A list is also provided by electronic means (doctoral, intern), but that listing is for informational purposes only and should not be used for official credential review.
