Please note that in some instances, programs did not complete every item on the online Annual Report and data were missing.  In those instances, responses from those programs were not included in the calculations.  For each item, “N” denotes the total number of the programs who responded to the item and whose responses were then used in calculating the mean, median, mode, and standard deviation for that item.
