The CGEP listserv is a forum of nearly 400 subscribers that engenders communication among researchers in giftedness studies and education. Countries represented by listserv members are the U.S., Canada, Singapore, France, Great Britain, Jordan, Israel, Finland, Sweden, Switzerland, Bermuda, Germany, Holland, Greece, Spain and Peru. The listserv also provides unprecedented opportunities for both researchers outside the field and for graduate students to discuss issues, exchange information, and generate potential collaborations with researchers in giftedness. Subscribers post messages to the listserv that consist of conference and job announcements; requests for research ideas, references, and study instruments; as well as debates about various policy questions.
