Psychology Synergy conference to be held in October

Psi Chi and Psi Beta invite psychology students to Synergy 2013 on Oct. 4-5, 2013.

The 2013 Synergy Conference is a two day conference for psychology students. The conference will be at Cedar Crest College campus on Oct. 4 and Lehigh Carbon Community College campus on Oct. 5 — both in the beautiful Lehigh Valley area of Pennsylvania.

There will be more than 30 presentations of interest to psychology students, including sessions that focus on specific psychology careers and career planning, campus and general leadership development, demystifying graduate school in psychology, current research presentations and general interest topics within the field of psychology. The keynote address, “Up From Stupid: Using Psychology to Educate and Elevate Americans” will be given by Joshua Aronson, PhD, of New York University.
