Northeast Conference for Teachers of Psychology (NECTOP)/New England Psychological Association (NEPA) Conference

The NECTOP/NEPA Conference will be held Oct. 12-13, 2012, in Worcester, Mass.

NECTOP is pleased to announce that its 2012 Annual Meeting will be held at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Worcester, Mass., on Friday, Oct. 12. This meeting runs concurrently with the 2012 Annual Meeting of the New England Psychological Association (Oct. 12-13), providing a weekend of immersion in the psychological sciences.

The Northeast Conference for Teachers of Psychology provides: 

  • a forum in which psychologists can discuss important issues in the teaching of psychology 

  • nationally known speakers and experienced teachers who share their creativity within a vibrant and informative program; 

  • a comprehensive, yet concise, exchange of ideas in an inviting and attractive New England setting; 

  • an opportunity for dedicated instructors to discuss teaching techniques and to share their experiences, concerns, challenges and successes; and 

  • an opportunity for teachers to share, learn, and consider how they can enhance their abilities to help their students enter, explore, and master the world of psychology.
