The American Psychological Association offers a special thank you to:

All the participating teachers, students, principals, and community superintendŽents. We could not have done it without you!

I am delighted that MCPS had the opportunity to partner with the American Psychological Association and Vanderbilt University to conduct "The Other 3Rs" pilot study in seventeen of our elementary schools. As part of our strategic plan we are committed to the ongoing search for and development of practices that enhance teaching and learning.

We are pleased that the Other 3Rs project showed promising results and we look forward to a continued partnership to further develop and implement the Other 3Rs Project in the future.
