Teaching Social Justice in Counseling Psychology
The authors present a case example of how one university has integrated the teaching of social justice and multicultural consciousness across the curriculum of counseling psychology. It highlights how the university has integrated social justice concepts across major courses in the curriculum and presents specific examples of readings and pedagogy to promote social justice consciousness, including self-reflection opportunities, video and online resources and assignments.
