Third party comment will be accepted about programs applying for designation. All third-party comment must state the name of the person(s) or the party(ies) represented by the comment. Issues addressed in comments must be limited to a program's consistency with the designation criteria for education and training programs in preparation for prescriptive authority (PDF, 61.3KB). All comment must be in writing and is limited to 10 pages. In order to process third-party comment in the most efficient manner, we ask that any comments be provided within 90 days after the program's date of application.
