The following list indicates receipt of application for designation, signaling voluntary application for initial designation by the programs noted. The list reflects programs currently or recently undergoing the review process.

Third party comment will be accepted about programs applying for designation.  All third-party comment must state the name of the person(s) or the party(ies) represented by the comment. Issues addressed in comments must be limited to a program's consistency with the designation criteria for education and training programs in preparation for prescriptive authority (PDF, 61.3KB).  All comment must be in writing and is limited to 10 pages.  In order to process third-party comment in the most efficient manner, we ask that any comments be provided within 90 days after the program's date of application.  Comments can be submitted to Catherine Grus, PhD or Deborah Baker, JD.

• Under Review
  Programs have not yet received a final decision; no further information on those programs and their stage in the designation process may be provided by us. Interested parties are encouraged to contact the program directly for further details. 

• Designated
  Programs that have been judged by the RxP Designation Committee to be consistent substantively and procedurally with the Designation Criteria for Education and Training Programs in Preparation for Prescriptive Authority.

• Application Voluntarily Withdrawn
  The program has voluntarily withdrawn its application from the designation process.

• Application Fee: $1,500
  Application Fees are for the initial application only. A program must provide payment with submission of application for designation. 

• Annual Fee: $250
  An annual fee is due with the invoice at the beginning of each approval year, starting in year after approval.
